By buying an ad space on www.GoldBalls.co.uk you agree to;

No obscene images and/or links,
No offensive images and/or links,
No racist images and/or links, and
No adult images and/or links.
We have authority to declare what is appropriate content.

When you buy an ad space on this network you do not own any part of this website,
but you are granted the right to submit an image, text and link which will then be
published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
You will be given a username and password once payment has been made.

Username and password will be sent to the e-mail address that you have entered in sign up form. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to happen. If username and password do not get sent to you, please send us an e-mail at support@goldballs.co.uk with the subject: username. In the e-mail please tell us the e-mail address you entered in the form, your name, and the approximate time and date which you purchased the ad space.

Once you have chosen an ad space and you have paid you can no longer change the location of the space.

From time to time the website will be down for maintenance but this occurrence will be kept at a minimum.

If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and
link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will
not receive a refund and the space will become publicly available again.

with the subject: remove my ad.

Links you make can only be ones that start with http://

If you do not have a website link. If adding a Gold Ball only please add your name and county ONLY in the pop-up text.

Images must be in jpeg or gif format.

The size of your advertisement is 1x1 square

A gold advertising ball is £100.00 - 148 Euros. and will be hosted by us for one years. Before the one year have expired you will receive an e-mail notifying you to renew your ad space. If you choose not to renew your ad space then it will become publicly available again.

You must have the authority and/or rights for the image, link, and text you submit.

The images you submit cannot be animated.

This web site will be online as long as ad spaces are taken!

Your image/text/link must comply with your local laws.

If you break any of these terms your account will be cancelled and your money will
not be refunded.
