Are these my regular cigarettes ?
All offered products at Goldballs VIP members club are original and of the highest quality available on the market. They are the same as the brands you buy from your local shop. You will find this to be true with the first cigarette you light up !

How much can I order ?
You can order up to four cartons at a time. When you order more than one carton you will receive each carton separately. It is possible that you receive them on different days. All orders will be dispatched within three working days of order. Time of delivery may vary between 20 and 30 working days depending on the national post service and distance.

Do I have guarantee ?
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If another brand is delivered than what you ordered, let us know and we will give you a return authorisation number. Then, return the unwrapped, unused merchandise in new condition within 15 days and we will exchange the merchandise. In case of loss and / or damage of your order Goldballs VIP members club will not authorise any refund or reshipment until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. These terms are only valid when delivery can be done correctly in your home country

Is paying online safe ?
Online payments are being done through our secured server with a secured line. This line is protected with SSL/SET and guarantees to be a safe payment method.

Is ordering offline possible ?
To order by fax please click HERE to download the form. Print it out and send it to us to the number indicated on the form. You need to have Acrobat Reader to open the document. You also can use this form to order a Repeat Order by week or month.

Is paying offline possible ?
For credit card payments use the fax procedure. With this payment method orders will be send when the payment is received.
